Mid-century made modern

Built in 1959 and immaculately maintained, we loved preserving this home’s retro charm! Rather than updating the trim and painting the fireplaces, we left them as close to their original state as possible. We kept the hardwood floors, built-ins, and coffered ceilings, and added 60’s space-age inspired light fixtures to complement the home’s mid-century origins.

While maintaining vintage details, we made significant updates to improve the home’s livability. We opened the kitchen to the dining room and equipped it with stainless steel appliances, ample storage space, and luxury finishes. We also transformed the master bathroom into a personal spa with a waterfall showerhead and unique tilework. Through our renovation, we were able to combine mid-century character with modern amenities bringing the best of both worlds together for our very happy buyer!
