An eco-friendly new build
This new construction project drew inspiration directly from the land. Built as a private, eco-conscious, contemporary oasis, the house blends seamlessly with the surrounding woods. To maintain the lush greenery that drew us to the lot in the first place, we took careful steps during construction to preserve as many trees as possible. This project earned an Earth Advantage Platinum certification from our use of environmentally-responsible materials and systems to improve indoor air quality and reduce water usage.
Large, energy-efficient windows throughout and multiple decks blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. We paired natural finishes throughout the home with luxurious fixtures to create the perfect marriage of modern amenities and rural sensibilities.
