Rarebird Acquisitions is part of a collection of real estate companies based in Portland, Oregon, founded in 2014 by local real estate investors, Tyler Combs and Mike Nuss.
Tyler and Mike joined forces in 2009 and began purchasing fix and flips. Their adventures in real estate quickly expanded to historic renovations, land development, new construction, and holding and renting quintessentially Portland properties. Today, their businesses also include a property management company and real estate brokerage with an emphasis on helping investors.
